We are delighted to introduce the very first Coravin Symposium, taking place at The Savoy, London, on 5 October 2026.
Created specifically for the professional Sommelier community, the Coravin Symposium is a full day dedicated to learning, inspiration, ideas and connection – bringing together some of the most interesting voices and talents from across wine and hospitality.
Expect a day packed with:
🎤 Inspiring speakers & panels
Hear from leaders and innovators including Coravin founder Greg Lambrecht, hospitality leadership consultant Maddie Geach, Davina Kortright from the WSTA, Giuseppe D’Aniello from Gordon Ramsay Group, Christelle Guibert from UK Sommelier of the Year, Charles Carron Brown from Aulis, and many more.
🍷 An all-day Tasting Studio
Discover wines, producers, and new ideas throughout the day, with plenty of opportunities to taste, exchange opinions and connect with fellow sommeliers.
🎓 Practical workshops & career development
From what great leadership on the restaurant floor really looks like, to building your toolkit for success and exploring how to make your wine list work harder as a business tool.
🤝 A room full of your community
Meet and exchange with sommeliers and hospitality professionals from across the UK, in an environment designed to encourage genuine conversation and sharing.
And we’ll finish the day with a Happy Hour By-The-Glass – the perfect opportunity to continue the conversation over a great glass of wine.
Unlike many industry events, the Coravin Symposium is a ticketed event. We’ve made this decision very deliberately: this is not simply another trade event or product showcase, but a carefully curated, high-quality professional day designed to deliver genuine value to the Sommelier community.
Your ticket gives you access to the full-day programme, workshops, panels, speakers, tasting experiences, networking and lunch.
We also want to create a room filled with people who have genuinely chosen to be there, making the day more valuable for everyone attending.
Ticket price is £35 and Early Bird tickets are now available, with £15 off when you book before the end of August using code EARLYBIRD.
