The Springboard Charity helps people of all ages and backgrounds improve their career potential in hospitality, leisure and tourism, especially young people in education and adults who experience multiple barriers to employment or are returning to work. Springboard UK promotes theindustry as a great place to work and works with its Business Partners to proactively and imaginatively attract and retain talent. Together, Springboard helps young people achieve their potential; helps reduce unemployment and poverty across the UK; improves perceptions; and reduces the sector’s labour and skills shortages.
