Exciting opportunity for an inspiring Manager passionate about food and customer service from a food led background who is able to optimise on excellent existing service standards and drive further revenue increases.

Job Description:

Working and reporting directly with the Founders, you will play an integral part in the continuing success of the business with regards to;

Daily management of operation

Liaison with on site kitchen team

Rotas, Team Management, Recruitment, Training & Development

Stock Control, Communicating with CPU, Budgets, Wastage control

General administration & reporting of weekly metrics

Due diligence, Hygiene, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Licensing

Management Meetings

Overseeing people development and nurturing future talent.

About You:

Minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar organisation

Highly organised and able to multitask

The ability to effectively coach, train and develop your team.

Able to effectively tell the story of the menu to customers and team members.

Hands on management style with natural enthusiasm and energy

Confident and able to lead from the front

Customer focussed with excellent guest experience skills

Able to maintain professionalism under pressure

Strong all round management skills & industry knowledge.

A strong understanding of Food and Health & Safety including COSHH and HACCP

Ability to meet targets, promote & market the business effectively.

Well presented and excellent attention to the detail.

Good communicator in person, via phone and email.

Salary & Benefits

Annual salary of up to £45k including Tronc
