From classics including the Macallan 1946 Select Reserve, Highland Park 50YO, Ararat Noyan Tapan 70YO & a magnum of Domaine de la Romanée Conti Romanée Conti 1966 to a vast collection of the outrageous and quirky Sine Qua Non, a complete vertical of Biondi-Santi, Torbreck The Laird 2006 in a spectacular 27-litre bottle & a whole host of old & rare liqueurs, gins and vodkas.
Hedonsim also offers guests the opportunity to sample nearly 50 wines on site using 5 Enomatic machines.
