Trade Sales Representative, 266 Wines, London

We are a small, quality focussed wine importer and distributor looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to become a lead sales person within the company.


Reporting directly to the founder/director, this is a sales role with ambitious targets for someone who loves the process of making new contacts and harnessing their existing network to generate new business. Our existing customer base is dominated by independently minded, high quality on-trade businesses that appreciate our focus on quality wines which we source directly from responsible, conscientious producers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business through a highly proactive approach
  • Maintenance of meaningful long-term relationships with customers through good communication and sensitivity to their individual needs
  • Ability to conduct successful tastings with customers and contribute effectively to company events

This is an opportunity to become a key part of a young, growing business and make a real contribution, with the potential to get involved in other areas in the longer term. Salary will be competitive relative to experience with very strong bonus incentives.
