THE BLACK BOOK – a boutique Soho basement wine bar, is looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to help the GM running the bar.
This is a Tuesday-Saturday position (closed Sundays and Mondays), PM only – Opening hours are from 5pm – 1am Tuesday and Wednesday and from 5pm – 3am Thursday- Saturday.
The ideal candidate will be natural leader who can motivate and lead the team and have good knowledge of wines and cocktails.
